If
architecture is one of the most exciting types of art, nothing quite compares to the art and ingenuity of
designing supertall buildings.
Till date, all cyclones made
landfall in the plains and semi-urban areas along the Indian coast. For the
first time in IMD's recorded history, Cyclone Hudhud ran over a green city like Visakhapatnam(Location),
which was never hit by cyclones.

This
Skyscraper is built to the Cyclone Resistant, which will be the benchmark
for the City of Destiny Visakhapatnam i.e. through the technology of
Longitudinal Reinforcements, Lateral Ties and Vertical Reinforcement at corners
in the structure of the Skyscraper
The Golden Ratio is important as the most irrational number. This the number keeps the universe from colliding into back holes, is thus very
important to nature, and followed for the Skyscraper Height is to width ratio.
Parametric design is a process based on
algorithmic thinking that enables the expression of parameters to make buildings more visually compelling
but to precisely tune nearly every aspect of their performance, from acoustics
to energy efficiency. Mostly known as fanciful forms as new forms that function better.
Visakhapatnam has a special place on the World Buddhist spots. In fact, the
Government of Andhra Pradesh has recognized Visakhapatnam as one of the most
important Buddhist centers in the state and started developing them as Tourism
spots. The sculptures and other items of great heritage value dates back to 2nd
Century BC to 7th Century AD, reflecting the Culture.

Commercial
Space: Visakhapatnam, which is the largest city in Andhra Pradesh, is
fast emerging as a major IT hub (Office
Space/Complex) in the state. In addition to its picturesque locale,
availability of other favorable facilities have made multiple
firms evince interest to launch their operations. Popular Hotels/Restaurants are also considered
for commercial spaces.
Residential Space: Biophilia is defined as the
inherent human inclination to affiliate with nature. Using the concept of Biophilic Architecture the residences
in the Skyscraper are designed with Beach View and other natural elements.
Tourism
Space: Visakhapatnam is a major tourist destination and is particularly
known for its beaches. So, viewpoints and other interesting beach sports are
implemented for tourism in the Skyscraper.
